DELIVERY LOCATION

We currently only ship within Auckland, New Zealand. If you require shipping outside of Auckland, please contact us before placing an order to confirm availability and any additional shipping costs.

LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS

We take care to package all items securely. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 10 days of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist you. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the courier, but we will do our best to help resolve any issues.
